It feels sturdy, doesn’t wobble, and the padding is thick enough to stay comfortable through longer sessions. The adjustable positions make it easy to switch from chest presses to ab work or step-ups, and setup was simple.
What I like most is how easily it folds up and slides out of the way when I’m done. Perfect for smaller spaces or home gyms that double as offices or bedrooms. It's light, sturdy, relatively easy to assemble and fold back up, the cushioning is a really nice material and it's actually pretty comfortable.

I have a set of dumbbells that I use every morning, but I needed a bench to enable me to do specific lifts that I couldn’t do standing up. This is ideal, particularly because it folds up easily and doesn’t take up much room. I would post pictures, but others here have more than adequately taken care of that. The product is just like the pictures, and just as advertised.

Folds up so we are able to store it under our bed when we’re not using it. The instructions were very easy to understand making this bench easy to assemble.
